InHouse Radiology Medical Group, Inc. was established in 2007 to provide timely, cost-effective teleradiology services for private clinicians who perform in-office diagnostic imaging.
Working Toward a New Era in Diagnostic Teleradiology Subspecialty Interpretations
The founders of InHouse Radiology, Martin L. Hopp, M.D., Ph.D. and Myles L. Saunders, M.D. , recognized early on that the expanding role clinicians are playing in medical imaging—beyond the traditional hospital and imaging center settings—improves the quality of medical care and reduces costs. To assist these clinicians in creating reliable, HIPAA-compliant and profitable in-office imaging capabilities—while avoiding some of the inherent complexities in setting up and running an imaging lab—Drs. Hopp and Saunders have assembled a team of the most highly trained radiology subspecialists, IT experts, radiation physics professionals, nurses, and online teachers in the medical industry today.
The expertise of InHouse Radiology’s professional team is supported by state-of-the-art technology solutions for teleradiology transmission, radiology information systems (online patient information and tracking), off-site data storage with disaster recovery, and Web-based PACS (Picture Archival Communications System) viewing of imaging studies. Together, our unique capabilities combine to form a virtual radiology department that offers the same caliber of services as those found in America’s premier hospitals.
At its launch in 2007, InHouse Radiology served primarily Otolaryngologists, Head and Neck Surgeons, Otologists and Allergists—specialties representing the emerging market for miniature CT imaging devices. Today, we also provide industry-leading teleradiology services for Dental specialties utilizing the expertise of Oral-Maxillofacial Dental radiologists. Additionally, InHouse Radiology will soon launch its Cardiac Imaging Program which will set a new industry standard with its comprehensive faculty.
